Stress is almost unavoidable in present time. We are always multitasking, looking after jobs, kids, families, bosses, the list is endless. These stress relieve techniques we are sharing here are quite helpful and will help you stay highly productive.
1. Get moving.

5. Eat stress-busting foods.
Bananas have a very soothing effect on the body and provide potassium which helps to reduce blood pressure. Bananas also contain tryptophan, a protein that the body converts into serotonin. It also helps that they have natural sugars, which when combined with fiber, provide a delicious and instant energy boost.
